Welcome to our friendly neighbor to experience a Finnish homely atmosphere near the centre of Rovaniemi (1km).We offer early check-in from 8 am and late check-out until 4 pm. We only offer accommodation part of the year. This is the perfect accommodation for two or three adults who want to live in a quiet area and close to the city center. You have your own separate house and entrance. The apartment has 25 square meters on the ground floor and 10 square meters in the loft. The stairs are steep.

See "Your destination" for more details. A grocery store and a university are close to the apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, no elevator. In winter time normal room temperature is 20 -22 °C. Ask the parking space from the host.
