Welcome to our brand-new cabin! The cabin is located on the edge of our yard, offering peace and privary eventhough Rovaniemi city center is still only 10 minutes drive away (7 km) and Santa Claus Village, airport and railway station are about 15min drive away (10km). Free parking right next to the cabin. Cross country skiing tracks are about 500m and skiing slopes and golf course are about 4km away. We can accommodate up to 3 people: 2 in double bed/single beds + 1 on a mattress or baby bed.

Direkt am Polarkreis gelegen mit Zugang zum Wasser (Kemijoki) wohnst Du im Nebengebäude des Haupthauses in einer 1 Zimmer Wohnung (23 m²) mit eigenem Bad. Die Wohnung ist 12 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen und 7 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Im Sommer kannst Du Dich mit einem Sprung im Fluss Kemijoki erfrischen. Ein Golfplatz ist in der Nähe. Im Winter sind Langlaufloipe und Abfahrpiste nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Aussensauna direkt am Fluss kann gegen eine Gebuehr genutzt werden.

Yksiössä on makuutila ja keittiö, oma wc, suihku sekä sauna. Rovaniemen keskustaan on 3km sekä Napapiirin Pajakylään joulupukin luo 7km. Etäisyys lähikauppaan 1,5km, sekä mm. WNTR Sauna ja avantoelämys palvelut 400m. Isäntäväki auttaa majoittumisessa. Sydämellisesti tervetuloa.

Talviaamuna voit kävellä kauniilla lumisilla metsäpoluilla, kuunnella luonnon hiljaisuutta ja hengittää raikasta ilmaa.

Mökki soveltuu hyvin pariskunnille ja perheille. Tuvassa on parisänky ja levitettävä vuodesohva. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu ruoan valmistamiseen mökissä. Kylpyhuone on remontoitu keväällä 2025. Takkaa saa käyttää vain majoittajan erillisellä luvalla. Tupakointi sisätiloissa kielletty. Ei lemmikkejä.

Piharakennus tarjoaa paikan rauhoittumiselle aktiivisen päivän päätteeksi. Puulämmitteinen sauna takaa pehmeät löylyt ja katetulta terassilta löytyy poreallas. Avara oleskelutila on luotu yhdessäoloon. Vierasmajaan on pihalta erillinen sisäänkäynti ja autopaikka on käytössäsi.
