Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

Tämä 11/24 valmistunut piharakennus tarjoaa paikan rauhoittumiselle aktiivisen päivän päätteeksi. Puulämmitteinen sauna takaa pehmeät löylyt ja katetulta terassilta löytyy poreallas. Avara oleskelutila on luotu yhdessäoloon. Vierasmajaan on pihalta erillinen sisäänkäynti ja autopaikka on käytössäsi.
