If you want to spend your holidays far away from the city crowd and every day stress, then my apartment is the perfect place for you... The apartment is situated on the first floor in the house which has 3 apartments more and it is 50m2 big. It has its own terrace and its own parking place, which is I think very important. In the big garden there is a barbecue with the table under the tree which hold the shadow all the day, the trampoline and the swimming pool. The outside area it is shared .

Vallese Bale别墅

Villa Vallese is located in the picturesque Istrian town of Bale. It spreads over four floors. In the basement there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace, dining area and billiards. The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area, large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and smaller living room. In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.

Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. Apartment "Silva" is placed in the ground level of family house ca. 45m2. Bedroom with a queen size bed, toilet, and also a kitchen and living room with a couch that can be turned into a bed for two. Kitchen and living room are located in the same space. Apartment has a terrace that extends into the garden with a sitting area. Four bicycles, gym with a table tennis, barbecue, and laundry done by the host is included in the price. Free covered parking is located in the front yard.

Parking place is near the app. and it is for free.We have new ski-lift and beach bar on the water :-)

On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. It is recognizable by beautiful and heated swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach.
