La "Pajarella" ha una superficie di 80mq, due camere da letto matrimoniali ed una singola, una cucina, un soggiorno con caminetto e tv, un bagno con doccia. La "Carruba" ha una superficie di 40mq, una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto, un bagno con doccia ed una cucina separata. Entrambe dispongono di grandi terrazze panoramiche di fronte al mare ed in mezzo ad ulivi secolari, zona barbecue e zone relax.

Una completa e sapiente ristrutturazione nel corso dell’anno 2014 ha riportato il complesso al suo antico splendore mantenendo i caratteri ed i materiali. Si precisa che i 4 posti letto sono per 2 adulti (camera da letto) e 2 juniors (divano letto) MAX 14 anni. Non saranno accettate le prenotazioni per 4 adulti. Per un terzo adulto il costo, aumenterà di un terzo del prezzo della notte.
