"Li Saccuddi - Villetta Belvedere"

This villa offers a breathtaking panorama. The house is located in an exceptionally picturesque location on a small plateau about a kilometre from the sea in Marina di Andrano. The accommodation was decorated with careful attention to detail and is very neat and tidy. Stone tubs, the restored antique bed, woven straw baskets, evoke the rural, rustic life and craftsmanship of the Salento region. The old wrought-iron bell for calling the family to the table is also a particularly charming feature.

La villa, di recente costruzione, è della tradizione architettonica salentina, con volte a botte e a stella. La struttura è immersa in un giardino mediterraneo di circa 7.000 mq. in un contesto di tranquillità e riservatezza, piscina, doccia esterna, un patio ,zona barbecue. Gli spazi interni, climatizzati: - soggiorno divano letto (due posti), con angolo cottura completo - due camere matrimoniali (nelle quali è presente un ulteriore letto singolo,due bagni completi doccia di cui uno en suite.

Le Vedette Gemelle sono due abitazioni in pietra ristrutturate. La "Pajarella" ha una superficie di 80mq, due camere da letto matrimoniali ed una singola, una cucina, un soggiorno con caminetto e tv, un bagno con doccia. La "Carruba" ha una superficie di 40mq, una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto, un bagno con doccia ed una cucina separata. Entrambe dispongono di grandi terrazze panoramiche di fronte al mare ed in mezzo ad ulivi secolari, zona barbecue e zone relax.
