Sie können in Ihrem eigenen Whirlpool & der Sauna entspannen, die auf der großzügigen Terasse Platz finden. Es handelt sich um ein Premium-Studio-Apartment. Die Küche und der Wohn- und Schlafbereich befinden sich im gleichen Raum. Es gibt ein King-Size-Bett für zwei Personen,desweiteren lässt sich ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Personen herrichten (befinden sich im gleichen Raum!)

A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Just a 3-minute walk from the bus and the Nordkette cable car, which takes you to the city center or the Nordkette mountain range (snow park and single trail) in just a few minutes, or there's a direct bus connection to the Patscherkofel ski and hiking area. Perfectly for nature and city life in summer&winter.

Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Aus den Schlafzimmern blickt man über einen Fluss, durch Bäume hindurch auf die imposanten Berge der Nordkette. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind nach Süden ausgerichtet und sehr sonnig. The apartment is situated in the middle of the Austrian Alps and a perfect starting point if you want to enjoy Austrian nature. Starting from the apartment, you can reach 8 famous hiking destinations within short time. For example "Rumer Alm", "Arzler Alm" or "Thaurer Alm". In winter you can enjoy Skiing, sledging and many more activities. Furthermore, the apartment holds traditional Tyrolean furniture, which makes the place very cozy.
