Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Loft has a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a small balcony and a lovely garden dining area under the trees – perfect for a relaxed evening meal. The loft is ideal for 2 guests, an extra bed can be provided for free upon request.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. Rüschlikon can be reached from the main train station in around 10 minutes. The accommodation can accommodate 4 people (1 double bed, 1.80m and a sofa bed), has its own kitchen, dining table and private bathroom. The apartment has its own entrance and is therefore independent of the landlord. The lake can be reached in 15' walking distance. The Lindt Home of Chocolat can be reached in 20' on foot or 5' by bus.

Fancy relaxing days right on the river Rhine, where you can relax, jog, cycle, or visit the modern Bad Zurzach thermal baths? The location is excellent: right on the Swiss border, just a 4-minute walk from ALDI/Migros, Pizzeria Engel, and the Thai/Chinese restaurant, and about 10 minutes from the Bad Zurzach thermal baths. The apartment has a balcony almost directly above the Rhine. The apartment is bright, inviting, and clean. Free parking is available on the street.
