"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Watzmann und Hochkalter lassen sie von Beginn an die Zeit vergessen. Die kuschelige Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem Südbalkon wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Restaurants zu Fuß in 10 Min. oder in 2 Automin. erreichbar. BERGBAHNEN Werfenweng 2 km, OBERTAUERN 49 km, Ski AMADE und Therme AMADE 25 km. Viele Ausflugsziele sind in der Nähe. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

高山公寓 Haus Gehwolf

Our house is located in a south-facing, very quiet, dream location right next to the main lifts of Saalbach. The village center is just a five-minute walk (via the slopes) or a ten-minute walk (by road) from the apartment. The apartment is located in the lower part of the main building and has a separate entrance. The local tax (mandatory tourist tax to the municipality including the mobility contribution: EUR 2.95 per person aged 15 and over per night) is included in the price.

We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. This quiet apartment with its modern kitchen, a cosy living room and its beautiful view is perfect to spend a relaxing holiday.
