Chalet La Balma

Lo Chalet la Balma è situato ai piedi del Monte Rosa. Fu costruito nel 1964 a Isella, una piccola frazione di Macugnaga, un paesino Walser. Composto da una struttura portante in muratura e un concasso in legno risalente al 1773 proveniente dalla Val Quarazza che si trova a soli 20 minuti dall'abitazione. Si tratta di una baita esclusiva, indipendente, con giardino privato, area barbecue, parco giochi , riscaldamento autonomo a compensazione dì CO2 e camino a pellet canalizzato in ogni camera.

Chalet con giardino esclusivo a poca distanza dal centro del paese e dagli impianti sciistici (600 mt.). Davanti all'ingresso fermata di autobus gratuito per sciatori. La casa è disposta su tre livelli: - al piano terreno ampio ingresso, lavanderia con lavatrie asciugatrice, deposito sci, bagno con doccia; - al primo piano cucina e soggiorno, due camere da letto e bagno; - al secondo piano, due camere da letto e bagno. Le Cabanon du Pont St-Charles se trouve sur les hauteurs du village de Bourg-St-Pierre, niché face au magnifique jardin alpin de La Linnaea. Notre cabanon ainsi que sa terrasse sont construits avec du matériel noble comme le mélèze et sapin. Un fourneau à bois pour les moments douillets. Un espace vert d'environ 350 m2 pour se relaxer, détendre, boire le thé, l'apéro ou grillades...
