Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

A côté de l’église Trinité, dans un quartier aussi riche sur le plan architectural que historique, à proximité immédiate des Galeries Lafayette, de l’Opéra, des théâtres et des musées, emplacement idéal pour explorer Paris et ses trésors. Welcome home :) My relaxing 50m2 studio, where the artist Suzanne Valadon lived, looks like à little house, located on the ground floor of a private, quiet and secure residence, with a beautiful courtyard. High ceilings in the living room, and a private closed bedroom upstairs. Confortable furnished, views on greenery. Walking around is so easy : The Abesses district, shops, restaurants, the subway 12 and 2, only a 1mn walk away . A perfect central place to rest after exploring Paris!

Il dispose d'une terrasse verte et il est au premier et dernier étage d'un immeuble calme, sécurisé et design. L’organisation de fêtes, de soirées et/ou de rassemblements sont strictement interdit. J’habite sur même pallier, en cas d’abus vous devrez quitter l’appartement immédiatement, vous n’aurez plus accès au logement.
