Profitez d'un logement élégant et central. Situé à 15 mn de Paris via le RER C par la station Les Gresillons. Ce grand studio est situé au coeur de Villeneuve-la-Garenne et il est juste en face du centre commercial "Quartz". Vous apprécierez donc la proximité (20 mètres) de divers boutiques pour le shopping et de plusieurs restaurants. Un parking gratuit est disponible 7 jours sur 7 dans le centre commercial Quartz en face de mon immeuble (20 m). Attention, il ferme chaque soir de 23h à 8h00.

Vue dégagée sur parc et casino pour les joueurs Grand séjour avec cuisine américaine, salon sous verrière, accessible au travers d’une terrasse de plain pied, et jardin comprenant un emplacement pour deux véhicules.

"La Joliette" est une belle meulière des années 1900. ★ Vous serez logés en rez de jardin avec un accès indépendant. Logement qui reste bien frais tout l'été. Vous pourrez profiter du grand jardin paysager de 500m2, sans vis à vis de la rue. ★ C'est un havre de paix avec les commerces et transports à 5 min à pied. Il y a une excellente boulangerie et différents traiteurs. Lidl et Le Leclerc à 10min. Proche du parc des expositions Villepinte, Disneyland et CDG en voiture.
