Studio of 21m ² located in the center of the village of La Rosière, with access to the slopes. With a small balcony facing north, quiet with a view on the slopes. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet. Private ski locker available in the residence 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 mezzanine. Recently renovated, our 70m2 duplex apartment in the Schuss building is well-equipped and spacious, designed with everything you will need for a great stay in Tignes. The apartment can be setup as either two or three bedrooms for maximum flexibility. The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. Price includes linen and beds made for your arrival.

30m² studio for 5 people, in the highest village . Direct access to the slopes and lifts at the end of the corridor (elevator not needed). Sunny and south-facing, with views of the slopes. Sleeping area with 3 beds, separated from the living room. Concierge reception. Sheets, towels, and cleaning are optional. Free Wi-Fi in the building, and parking (free in summer). Apartment renovated in 2019. New sofa bed (Sept.2024). Basic products (toilet paper, salt, etc.) are likely but not guaranteed.

Situé sur les hauteurs de Séez, il se trouve à 50m de l'arrêt des navettes rejoignant le Funiculaire des Arcs et directement la station de La Rosière - La Thuile. Ce pied à terre reste à moins de 10 min à pied des commerces traditionnels et à 4 km des grandes surfaces, cinéma, piscine, etc. Logement idéal pour un séjour calme en famille ou entre amis.
