Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

You will find us in a quiet and idyllic location, surrounded by nature, in Salem Weildorf. The holiday apartment Gästehaus Wüpping 1 is located in Salem and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.

Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr am Waldrand. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen, Radtouren oder Wanderungen ein. Die Wohnung hat ca. 40qm Wohnfläche und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, sowie auch eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teich. Überlingen am Bodensee ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der nächstgelegene Badesee Illmensee oder Pfullendorf ist ebenfalls in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

The holiday apartment "Salem's Treasure Manor" boasts a quiet location on the picturesque outskirts of Salem and creates a cozy and home-like setting for your getaway. The 125 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and toilet, one with a shower and toilet). The apartment can accommodate 6 people (up to 8 people on request).

In nur 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am See und kann direkt im Strandbad schwimmen gehen. Zur schönen Altstadt von Überlingen ist es auch nicht weit. Zu Fuss ca. 20 Minuten. Ein Bus fährt vor der Haustüre, Parken kann man auf der ruhigen Wohnstrasse kostenlos.
