Žman is exceptional due to its fertile fields located in the area of Malo jezero and Veliko jezero, which makes the people from Žman highly skilled farmers. The house is 10m far from the sea and on walking distance from all important amenities (boat from Zadar, shop, restaurants...) This is a small apartment perfect for a couple. It is newly refurbished and has a small but well equipped kitchen, balcony with a sea view, bathroom...and of course, a queen sized bed.
