Deux salles de bains modernes garantissent votre confort. La cuisine séparée est entièrement équipée pour préparer de délicieux repas. De plus, profitez de la vue magnifique depuis les 2 terrasses. Dans une ancienne Bastide, Annecy, Vue sur le lac

Appartement de charme à la décoration scandinave, dans une ancienne bastide rénovée, « La Bastide du Lac » datant du 18e siècle. Son emplacement, idéal et calme, vous fera profiter de la vue panoramique sur le lac et la vieille ville. Il se situe au pied de la piste cyclable faisant le tour du lac, à 7 min à pied de la plage et restaurants, à 15 min de la vieille ville en vélo, 20 min en voiture du Col de la Forclaz (paradis du parapente) et à 30 min en voiture de la station de ski La Clusaz.

We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Dans un écrin de verdure, petit chalet d’alpage rénové (mazot) de 25m2 sur 2 niveaux avec grande terrasse et petit balcon face aux montagnes. Un havre de paix à quelques kilomètres du lac d’Annecy et des stations des Aravis (la Clusaz , Le Grand Bornand..). Situé à Alex, 6km de Menthon St Bernard ( qui offre plages, commerces, restaurants, piste cyclable, location vélos, pédalos), à 15 mn du site de parapentes de Planfait ( Talloires) et à 13 km d’ Annecy, la Venise des Alpes.

Welcome to our cozy 17sqm cabin in the woods, perfect for your next mountain holiday. With Mont Blanc gracing the horizon, you'll be treated to breathtaking views. Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. In September 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.
