Our casita hides under the shadow of the Superstition Mountains with an amazing view of the Flat Iron. With access to private trails leading into the Lost Dutchman State Park and Tonto National Forest you be able to explore all the desert you'd like. Nestled close to the famous Goldfield Historic Ghost Town, Paseo Event Center, the infamous Hitching Post Saloon and only minutes away from Canyon Lake. One bedroom is open concept without a door and includes bunk beds. The other is a master suit.

Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

After a long day of hiking, hunting or off roading you’ll want a good nights sleep on a king size bed. Outdoor cooking area with water, toaster oven, air fryer and gas grill. Keurig and hot water kettle inside tipi. Two space heaters and a small fan. 50” TV, DVD player, CD/Bluetooth and turntable for music.

Cougar on the Mountain Casita

Retreat to your centrally-located private casita, at the foot hills of the Superstition Mountains. Walk/bike/drive less than two miles into town and enjoy what Mesa and Apache Junction have to offer. Walking and hiking trails are plenty simply by crossing the road towards the Superstition Mountains. Also, each spring and fall solstices the cougar appears on the Superstition mountain in front of us (unless over cast). This is one of the top 50 things to see in AZ

A full set of dishes, pots and pans are in this area for your use. Lots of private sitting areas or just hang out in the orchard and pick citrus fruit from the 40 plus trees.
