It features two bathrooms and two bedrooms, along with a wonderful outdoor space with lounge chairs and exclusive access to the sea, reserved only for the condominium residents. The house is just steps away from the famous natural thermal baths of Santa Cesarea and only a few minutes' drive from nearby Otranto and Castro, renowned for their Salentine cuisine.
