Luxury Appartement in the alps 2-5 people

Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

This apartment is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A traditional restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The DesignerOutlet Centre and other shopping malls are just a few kilometres away and ideally reachable by bus. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft kommt man zu Fuß binnen 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Salzburg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 100 m entfernt. Die Wohnung hat 35 qm und ist großzügig eingeteilt. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken, Handtuchtrockner, Föhn und beleuchteten Kosmetikspiegel. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock, ein Lift ist vorhanden. Ein Carportparkplatz kann extra angemietet werden, ansonsten ist ein Parkplatz je nach Verfügbarkeit vorhanden.

Unsere Studios bieten Platz für 2 Personen und jede Menge Komfort: Klimaanlage, Black-Out Vorhänge, Raffstores, WiFi, Smart- TV und ein offenes Badezimmer mit extra großem Waschtisch und ein separates WC. Die warmen Farben und das Sonnenlicht versprechen eine entspannende Atmosphäre & perfekte Nachtruhe.

Umgeben von wild wachsenden Obstbäumen, Bergwäldern und Wiesen und doch mitten in der Urlaubsregion Schladming-Dachstein. Im Sommer ein Eldorado für Bergsportler und Mountainbiker. Im Winter ein großartiges Skigebiet mit über 230 km bestens präparierten Skipisten. Bei jeder Buchung ist die Sommercard inklusive!

Experience a cozy family atmosphere in our traditionally furnished holiday apartment located in the heart of Lofer. You will be surrounded by nature and beautiful mountains throughout your stay. Additionally, the Loferer cable car is only a 5 minute walk away. Enjoy eventful excursions to Salzburg City or the lake town of Zell am See by riding the bus at the bus stop located just behind the building.

The standard apartment is located inside the side building of our newly renovated VILLA ELISA (built 1906), ideal for 2-6 guests and consists of 1 sleeping room with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bath with shower, sink and modern shower toilet, 1 living/dining room with kitchenette, dining table and a functional sofa. 3 additional guests can comfortably sleep in 1 Murphy double bed and 1 single bed.
