Unser Apartment ist mit Altholz, Stein, und hochwertigen Materialen im alpinen Stil eingerichtet. Die meisten Möbel sind schöne Einzelstücke. Wir haben uns den Kopf zerbrochen wie wir das größtmögliche Wohlfühlgefühl erzeugen können. Reinkommen und wohlfühlen, dabei die tolle Aussicht zum Predigtstuhl bestmöglich genießen können war das Ziel. Im Apartmenthaus gibt es einen großen Panoramapool und einen mickrigen Fitnessbereich😂Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit.

Diese Lage macht das ganze Jahr über Städtebummler, Abenteurer und Sportler glücklich, aber auch alle, die einfach nur mit Bergblick aufwachen und das Panorama bestaunen wollen. The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Der Bus fährt durch die schönsten Teile von Salzburg : Schloß Hellbrunn, Zoo Anif, Untersberg mit der Untersbergbahn. Außerdem ist die Schokoladenfabrik, die Schellenberger Eishöhle, das Waldbad Anif und die Königsseeache nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Lage ist die optimale Kombination für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für 1-2 Gäste buchbar (Babybett bzw. Zusatzbett möglich) und verfügt über eine geräumige große und komplett eingerichtete Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer ist klein aber fein!

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
