Playa blanca condo-hotel es un lugar exclusivo frente a la playa y con una vista espectacular del Mar de Cortez. El condominio se encuentra en el piso 12 con vista a la piscina y al mar. Se cuenta con un reglamento para garantizar una sana convivencia durante su estancia. Contamos con gimnasio, alberca, 4 jacuzzis en área común, jardines, 2 asadores, camastros, Terrazas comunes, bar, tienda en la planta baja, cancha de tenis, y amplió estacionamiento.

Casita "Shackleton" es completamente nueva y tiene ubicación céntrica pero tranquila. Tiene acceso libre a la playa a menos de 200 pasos, además de restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas de conveniencia, super mercados y bares. No se requiere carro para disfrutar de los alrededores caminando. La casita es completamente nueva (2024) y lista para disfrutarse. Alberca lista para usarse.! por el momento la alberca no cuenta con caldera para temporada de frio
