La casa è immersa nel verde delle colline liguri della Val Fontanabuona, a 20 minuti di macchina dalle spiagge di Chiavari e Lavagna. Si può raggiungere anche facilmente la Val d'Aveto per escursioni. L' alloggio si trova al piano terra di un villino bifamiliare ed è costituito da: un ampio salone con due poltrone letto e un divano letto, una grande cucina, un bagno e una bella terrazza. La Casa dei Limoni vi accoglie con la sua vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso e sul Promontorio di Portofino. E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.
