Sorrento Valley 5 minutes drive . Beaches & UCSD 15 minutes drive. Room has desk, TV with Netflix/coffee/tea/water provided, mini frig, microwave, kettle, fans, portable room A/C. Front door has a key pad for easy self entry. Private bathroom just outside your room door. Designated parking spot in driveway.

Oak Tree

Oak Tree is private, luxurious, and centrally located. This is a locked bedroom suite. There are no shared spaces and no access to the rest of the building. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shopping and transit giving you easy access to UCSD, Pacific Beach, Petco Park, and downtown via the San Diego Trolley (bus #27).This spacious 370 square foot unit has a private locked entrance, a private bathroom, and a private outside sitting area. Street parking is free but limited at times.

A spacious house with four individually rented rooms. Each bathroom is shared between two rooms. We don't rent to groups with children. Central location, close to highways, restaurants, and a few local bars. 15 minutes to sea world, old town, balboa park and the zoo! Quiet neighborhood with plenty street parking. The pool is available all year around (no hot tub available). Relax by the pool and enjoy a nice breeze and sunset in the San Diego weather :))

Fontaine Family Vineyards has a 2 person newly renovated suite with outdoor patio overlooking the vineyard, private entrance and easy parking, and enhanced cleaning protocol. The Guest Suite features a TV, fridge, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee/tea, utencils, pots/pans, BBQ w/side burner, patio lounge area, all with views of vineyard. Enjoy a walk in the vineyard with a hot cup of coffee. Short drive (<10 mile) to beaches and shopping.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
