Featured in Dwell (Sept 2018) with a spa-like bathroom winning design awards in Architectural Record, Interior Design Magazine, Architect Magazine (Jan ‘19). With stunning ocean views from every room, the private addition includes a bridge/hall, decks, bedroom and bathroom consisting of jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower.

Totally remodeled comfortable private Cosy Studio with private entrance. There are 8 steps downstairs. 1/2 block from University of San Francisco. Located in Queen bed, gas fire, desk and comfortable wingback chairs. Tastefully decorated heated walk in shower. The kitchenette area has a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, fridge, cups, plates, utensils . There is not a stove or oven for cooking meals. So you can prepare Breakfast to get your day started and go explore! Sorry no pets!

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
