Begin the day under a rain shower, complete with touch control and speakers. The guest room consists of queen size bed and your own private flat panel TV for your online streaming needs. The guest bathroom is just across the hall, featuring heated floors, and earthy elements throughout, to create a spa-like environment. The main area just down the hallway provides ample space for cooking, dining, and relaxing. The shared kitchen is equipped with upscale appliances, featuring a full-size fridge, 36-inch range, microwave, steam oven, and all the kitchenware you need for cooking and dining. This unit is in a triplex, with access through the main entrance lobby. Head on up through the common stairwell, but don't worry, it's just 3 short flights away from a tranquil oasis. The guest room is all yours, private to you. Once inside the unit, you will have your very own key to lock the bedroom and keep your belongings safe. You also have full access to the shared spaces in the unit, including a full-size kitchen, living area, dining area, and laundry just outside your door! We will be available to help you with anything you might need during your stay in SF, and are happy to make recommendations. We have a list of sights, attractions, local spots, and restaurants to visit. Make sure to check out our guide book, too! Stroll from this setting on a residential street for only a block to reach Panhandle Park, or 3 blocks to Buena Vista Park. Nearby Alamo Square Park offers spectacular views of the city and bay. Dine in diverse restaurants within walking distance. Everything you need is a short walk away on Divisadero including quality, interesting, and affordable restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, shops, services, a bakery, a bookstore, and boba! There's also a farmer's market 1 block away on Saturdays, and three lovely parks. We love our neighborhood which is so friendly and livable! Transportation to Downtown (about 1.7 miles to Civic Center) or any of the San Francisco attractions is easy with frequent buses. One minute from the front door you can catch a MUNI bus to the nearby BART (underground) station.

One could consider this a 'luxury' rental, but really it's just a nice, quiet, comfortable place to call home. Guests have full access to the condo (including laundry, Netflix, HBO). We are most often available via text, email, and phone during your stay. If we are not available for some reason, you will have access to our handyman who lives across the street. The condo is situated conveniently between the Haight, Mission, and Castro districts in one of the most beautiful and accessible neighborhoods in the city. It's just steps away from Duboce Park and some of the city's best attractions and restaurants. There are multiple public transportation options within blocks of the condo. The N-Judah, J-Church, and underground are 1-block away so you can head to the beach easily or be downtown in 10-15 minutes. Taxis/Ubers/Lyfts can get you to most parts of the city in less than 15 minutes, as well. If you have a car, there is street parking only though it's not too challenging to find a spot within a few close blocks. The bedroom has a brand new, king-sized premium Simmons Beautyrest mattress. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi soaking tub.
