This spacious studio apartment has a super-comfy bed and is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all things SLO. We use only natural, organic cleaning products, and all sheets and towels are of high-quality cotton. Kitchenette stocked with coffee, tea, etc. Smart TV. Licensed in the city of SLO ( #113984), so a required 13% lodging tax is included.

Downtown Bungalow

This is a very cute studio near cal poly/ downtown San Luis Obispo. The unit is VERY small but comfortable and cozy. It is the back unit of a main house so it is preferred that guests are respectful. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, and tv (no microwave and only a small fridge).The bed is lofted and very comfortable. We do our absolute best to try and accommodate the needs of guests while they are staying in the bungalow. We advertise exactly what the unit is.

Montgomery Vineyard

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.
