Seit Juli 2023 ist unser wunderschönes Haus fertig. Es erwartet sie eine gemütliche, modern ausgestattete und luxuriöse Villa mit kleinem Garten und einer traumhaften Sonnenterrasse, auf der ein 4x9m großer Salzwasserpool mit Gegenstromanlage zum Schwimmen einlädt. Genießen sie die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage.

The Mediterranean Villa Nina is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small town of La Padula Sicca. It consists of 2 holiday apartments and exudes Italian flair. This barrier-free apartment has a comfortable living room with a dining area, a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and offers place for 4 persons. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea.

La posizione unica permette di raggiungere sia la spiaggia La Cinta che la piazza centrale del paese in pochi minuti di passeggiata.
