Welcome to the 1871 Gingerbread Cottage of our dreams! We have renovated this house by hand and spend much of our time here filling it with love and memories. When our own family isn't here, we open it to you + yours! The cottage was featured in the May/June '16 issue of Yankee Magazine, as well as several design books. We are within walking distance of the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal, Circuit Avenue's restaurants and bars, and several beaches. Lighthouses + more are just a short bike ride away!

Step Away; A Martha's Vineyard Retreat

Studio apartment addition attached to our family home. Our home is located three miles to downtown Edgartown with bus service & bike path close by. Private entrance, mini fridge, coffee press & accessories, private bath with shower, washer/dryer, bed in a loft area (ladder access only) with queen size sofa bed available below for additional sleeping. This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

This 1829 cottage has been transformed into a tranquil retreat with a series of charming rooms and entertaining outdoor spaces. Entry to the living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, full bath with laundry, kitchen with fireplace and French doors leading out to a spacious deck. Master bedroom with cathedral ceiling has French doors that open onto a spacious deck which offers privacy for outdoor entertaining. Private bath. 2nd FL: Two bedrooms which share a full bath.

The Rising Sun", "Cottage #1 at the John Randall House" is a spacious, fully furnished two-bedroom condo. Located in the center of town, yet quiet and secluded. Just renovated adorable 2 bed 2 bath cottage with water view in Tiverton. Located minutes to beach or Tiverton Four Corners with a great selection of quaint village stores and coffee shops. Great fenced in back yard , patio area, oversized gazebo with 65” TV, seating area and outdoor shower. Walk to dinner and relax on front porch looking at the water. Perfect place for a quick trip away with your friends. Yoga, coffee shop and Bistro nearby.

Wellfleet Cottage By The Sea

Small, rustic cottage on the beach for one or two couples. Back door opens onto a long driveway to a sand road, front door opens onto a stairs to the beach. It's like a movie or book come to life. If you love The Notebook or The Outermost House you'll likely fall in love with the place. Renters return season after season, so usually we don't have to advertise it, but COVID upset this rhythm along with everything else.

The Beach House - WALK to BEACH!

This is such a special place! Privacy like this is hard to find anywhere. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet this property offers on a dead-end road. Walk to First Encounter Beach! Voted one of the BEST bayside beaches annually!! Ride your bike to Orleans or Wellfleet on the bike trail. Or, just enjoy the lovely patio and outdoor fireplace.
