La casa si trova sulla prima collina di Bordighera ad un km e mezzo dall'uscita autostradale. Situata in posizione tranquilla in mezzo al verde ed in un punto panoramico che permette alla vista di spaziare  sulla costa ligure e francese. La casa è ben accessoriata per godersi appieno la vacanza. Parcheggio privato con una stazione di ricarica per le auto elettriche, bici elettriche a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente ,un patio attrezzato con sdraio, tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare fuori.
