This Solvang flat is open, airy and has a lot of charm. The location is ideal as it’s one block off of Copenhagen street ,which is the Main Street running through the center of town. Yet this unit is private and quiet. There are many tasting rooms, shops, restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow pets at all on this property. There will be $150 fine if there is evidence of a pet also if there is evidence of anyone smoking inside as well. Thanks!

Not only are you a few feet from the sea, you are a hundred yards from surf shops, restaurants and boutiques. The Sea Lofts are the premier beach destination for Santa Barbara. You can walk for miles at low tide, or just sit on the deck or beach and watch the sunset. The lofts are well appointed with kitchenettes.

Pinecone Loft--独立公寓

A large garden apartment located in an upscale semi-rural neighborhood midway between San Francisco and Los Angeles near scenic Highway 1 on the fabulous Central Coast. Beautifully decorated in cozy "Tahoe Lodge," the loft is close to beaches, wineries, and golf courses. It is available for short- or longer-term stays. Pets are upon approval, with fee, for long term stays only. For stays more than 28 days, the loft is reserved for single travelers.
