Step outside to a private oasis complete with hot tub, fire pit and beautiful landscaping. Just minutes away from the beach, ocean and walking paths -- this is Santa Barbara beach living at its finest.

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

The bright and airy bedroom features a queen sized bed and dedicated workspace. The couch in the living room can be converted to a full-sized bed. Pet friendly ($20 per pet per night!) 1 off street parking space is available in the driveway.
