Die Landhäuser liegen in einem großen gepflegten Anwesen von 10000 qm zwischen einem Olivenhain und wilde Ecken am Grundstücksende zum Indianerspielen. Die Landhäuser liegen ruhig und etwas versteckt am Fluss Rio Chia und sind nur 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt zum nächsten Strand. Ein großer Pool von 15m Länge und 1m bis 1,80m Tiefe befindet sich hinter dem Rasen. Zwei Sandstrände sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

The closest shopping is an approximately 3 KM. from the house.

Villa Sa Rocca Junior & Suite is a beautiful 3-story holiday home consisting of a 2-story cottage and an additional suite with a separate entrance on the 2nd floor. Both flats combined can accommodate a total of 13 people, making it the perfect place for 2-3 families. The villa is located in Chia and is part of a complex that consists of 3 villas with separate entrances and separate outdoor areas.
