Appartamento moderno situato a Firenze, fuori dalla ZTL ma nelle immediate vicinanze del centro. Dista circa 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e vicino all'appartamento (circa 400 metri) è situata la fermata della tramvia che vi porterà in 5 minuti in centro vicino ai maggiori monumenti e siti culturali. L'area di San Jacopino è principalmente residenziale, perciò non è difficile trovare supermercati, ristoranti e bar. Vicino anche il parco delle cascine che è il più grande di Firenze.
