It is 3 miles from Annadel State Park, 30 miles from Napa Valley, 20 miles from Healdsburg, 25 miles from the beach, and within 1 mile of Howarth Park and the Montgomery Village Shopping Center (grocery store, restaurants, shopping). Horses, Farmhouses and France. You'll find these themes woven throughout our accommodation. Extremely welcoming and charming, our first floor 950sq. Ft. space sits below the main house on the west side. . You'll find Pottery Barn linens, upscale decor and authentic barn doors that add a Wow factor. Plenty of fresh pillows and wonderful LATHER amenities. Start and end your day with coffee, then wine, on the patio under the cozy cabana with fire pit! Newly added French Camp room for summer fun!

This home is less than a mile and a half to Howarth Park and Spring Lake, featuring renowned hiking and biking trails, tennis courts and a park. Just a short drive to both Montgomery Village and downtown Santa Rosa, where you will find shopping and superb restaurants, including the famous Russian River Brewing Company!

It may not be a fit if you have severe allergies though we do our best to clean very thoroughly.
