Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

The Spartan! A lil ranch cabin

a restored midcentury Spartan Trailer on a working Sonoma County cattle ranch. Nestled into a forest with generous deck and sweeping views of forest, fields and our Scottish highland cows. Ideal location with a 20 minute drive to the beach, Sebastopol and Petaluma. -This listing is for a vintage trailer and might not be suited to those who have mobility issues, or anyone who is especially tall or large. If you have questions about this being a comfortable space for your specific needs ask

Pacific Gardens Retreat

Enjoy a tranquil art filled garden escape at our pet friendly home! Whether you are soaking in the hot tub after a day of wine tasting or having dinner with friends this indoor/outdoor living retreat will leave you feeling relaxed. Well stocked kitchen, fast wifi and walking distance to downtown. Great restaurants and breweries nearby. Well behaved non destructive pets are welcome in this home. It may not be a fit if you have severe allergies though we do our best to clean very thoroughly.

Enjoy the perched feeling of Sonoma Mountain's setting with sweeping views and nature. The slightly tamed wilderness with an olive orchard and gardens sets the tone as you chill on the redwood deck. This is a studio cottage with expansive views to the western valley and Marin. Mount Tam appears through the windows from your super comfy bed. This is a beautiful and unique space adjacent to a mellow artist's studio. NOTE: Well behaved and Pre-Approved dogs available for a nightly fee.
