Stazzo （ Acireale ）海滨公寓

The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a seaview kitchen (through a porthole), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

Il mio appartamento è situato nell' incatevole scenario di Chianalea di Scilla,borgo di pescatori ricco di profumi e colori tipici di questa splendida terra.L'appartamento ha un ottima posizione,basta aprire la porta per ritrovarsi circondati dal mare,a due passi vi è la piccola spiaggetta di San Giuseppe.E' un luogo incantevole e tranquillo che racchiude in se tutti i confort di una vacanza al mare:spiaggia,mare,sole,splendidi tramonti da osservare comodamente sdraiati davanti la porta di casa.

La casa del nonno è una casa accogliente e ristrutturata da poco tempo. E' ideale per soggiorni in tranquillità a poca distanza dalle principali località turistiche della provincia ( Messina, Milazzo, Tindari, Taormina. La casa, a completa disposizione degli ospiti, si compone di due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una cameretta), una comoda cucina, un'ampia veranda coperta e un bagno. La casa è dotata di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Vi è la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina davanti casa

È dotato di cucina, climatizzatore, stufa radiante, lavatrice, TV, Wi-Fi, ambiente esterno con tavolo, sedie, barbecue e lavabo. Comodo per tre persone, possibilità di aggiungere il quarto posto letto. A disposizione due biciclette per raggiungere la spiaggia, distante poco più di 500 metri, passeggiare sul lungomare o fare compere nel centro cittadino. Disponibile parcheggio privato semi coperto.
