bellissima casa ampia e in zona tranquilla dotata di grande giardino e veranda perfetti per rilassarsi al fresco. Dista a pochi minuti a piedi dalla scogliera dalla quale ammirare bellissimi tramonti e dalla spiaggia perfetta per bambini e nella quale svolgere varie attività come noleggio gommoni e canoe. Nei dintorni ci sono vari bar, ristoranti, un alimentari, una farmacia e un distributore di carburante. E' possibile parcheggiare l'auto sulla strada davanti alla casa.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
