La casetta Su Murcone, si trova a BAUNEI, un paesino in una bellissima collina della provincia di Ogliastra, in Sardegna. Il comune di Baunei, pur essendo in montagna , è vicinissimo al mare, a soli 6 km dal paese infatti si trova uno dei più bei posti della sardegna PEDRA LONGA, con un bellissimo mare circondato da vere e proprie montagne, acqua verde smeraldo e profondità invitanti per gli amanti dello snorkeling, del nuoto o della pesca subacquea. Ancora dopo qualche chilometro, a soli 10 km di distanza, c'è poi la frazione di Baunei al mare, Santa Maria Navarrese, residenza estiva degli abitanti di Baunei ed anche meta turistica per chi ama il mare. La casetta è una vecchia abitazione nel centro storico di Baunei, ristrutturata sapientemente secondo regole di rigoroso recupero e valorizzazione di ambienti e materiali originari, ma anche in conformità alle esigenze più moderne di comodità e confort. La casa ben si adatta a dimora estiva in quanto consente un soggiorno a pochi chilometri dal mare in un ambiente collinare, fresco quindi la sera e riposante in quanto lontano dal movimento tipico delle zone turistiche di mare. Durante il resto dell'anno, in primavera, in autunno o in inverno il soggiorno in questa casa è invece l'ideale per chi voglia esplorare il territorio circostante, ricco di bellezze naturali di ogni tipo, sentieri stupendi per un escursionismo di montagna arricchito dalla vista del mare, percorsi di arrampicata su roccia, passeggiate a cavallo, percorsi enogastronomici, raccolta di funghi, esplorazioni socio-culturali etc.... La casa ha un unico ambiente, saloncino con angolo cottura e con letto matrimoniale. Un bagno moderno e confortevole completa l'appartamento. Attraverso una scaletta a chiocciola si sale sulla bellissima terrazza che da sulla valle e sui vecchi tetti circostanti, la vista sulla vallata è bellissima, la terrazza è aereata, ma riparata al tempo stesso dal vento. In una giornata di sole, in tutte le stagioni, mangiare in questa terrazza è un vero piacere, circondati da una bellissima vista e da i suoni tipici del paese e della natura la tempo stesso. La casa è attrezzata di tutto, accogliente e ben arredata, il costo è veramente basso e concorrenziale con le residenze a mare.

Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.
