Der Gratis-Schibus, der im Sommer als Gratis- Regionalbus in der Ferienregion Kaiserwinkl verkehrt, hält praktisch vor der Haustür!

The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Ruhige sonnige Lage, ideale Anbindung zur Autobahn A93 (D) und A12 (A). Auch entfernter liegende Ausflugsziele sind so schnellstmöglich zu erreichen. - Fahrt zum Chiemsee ca. 35 min - Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental (Österreichs größtes zusammenhängendes Skigebiet) in ca. 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Cafe´s und Restaurants im Umkreis von 1km. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Kieferer Badesees, sowie des Inntal Radweges.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.
