Im Winter gelangen Sie ins Skigebiet Spitzingsee in 10-15 min mit dem Bus (Haltestelle 100m) - oder eigenem Auto. (Für E-Auto: Ladestation vorhanden). Wir möchten die Wohnung nur an Familien mit max. 2 Kindern oder an 2 Erwachsene vermieten.

To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).
