Entspannen, Geniessen, Aktiv sein und Staunen! Konzeptferienhaus mit Garten und Sitzplatz an sonnigem Hang in entspannter Umgebung mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Einfachheit der Architektur laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein, die imposante Sicht aus dem riesigen Fenster in die Wälder und Bergwelten zaubert Erholung. Trin ist idyllisch und ruhig und doch extrem nah am Ski-/Wander-/Bike- und Klettergebiet an Bergseen und Welterbe (7 min nach Flims, 10 min nach Laax). Zum Hauptort Chur sind es 15 min.

5 rooms Swiss wooden Chalet in Laax

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Das luxuriöse, 2-stöckige Penthouse auf 130m2 punktet mit einer einzigartigen und ruhigen Lage direkt am See. Drinnen erwarten dich Highlights wie eine private Sauna, Whirlwanne sowie eine grosse Terrasse mit Berg- und Seesicht. Es gibt ein Kellerabteil für deine Sportgeräte. Die Location ist unglaublich, du kannst zum Beispiel zu Fuss zum Skifahren, Wandern, Wassersport erleben, am Walensee sonnen oder doch gemütlich ins charmante Restaurant/Bar am See, es liegt alles direkt vor der Haustüre.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia e amici a quattro zampe in questo alloggio tranquillo. Casa Angelica si trova al pianoterra con entrata indipendente e giardino privato recintato. Dispone di una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, tv, una camera con divano letto alla francese e camino, tv. Un bagno privato con la vasca da bagno e una cucina con dei servizi essenziali per cucinare e consumare i pasti. All’aperto ci sono lettini prendisole, zona pranzo e area barbecue .

Unser Ferienhaus (Chalet Sagentobel) ist zwar schon alt, aber sehr gemütlich! Der rauschende Bach und die unendliche Stille, wenn es schneit, sind wahrlich spezielle Erlebnisse im Chalet. Moderne Technik (46" Flat Screen TV, 50Mbit WLAN, Radio) und Elektro-Öfen in allen Zimmern treffen auf das Jahrhunderte alte Holzwerk mit einem rustikalen, mit Holz heizbaren Kachelofen. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
