Wineries galore, two even just next door, multiple breweries nearby, minutes to the lake, 15 minutes to downtown Watkins Glen, 10 minutes to hiking trails at the national forest, or stay in, relax, and enjoy the view!!

Escape to the countryside at the charming, “Timber View.” Surrounded by wineries & scenic beauty, this country retreat offers a peaceful getaway for those seeking to disconnect & rejuvenate. Wake up to the sounds of nature, enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, & spend your days exploring the Finger Lakes region with activities like hiking, visiting local farmers' markets, or simply enjoying the tranquility of rural life. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for stories and stargazing.

Summit View of Seneca

Summit View is a comfortable two bedroom lower unit situated on the west side of Seneca Lake offering spectacular views. It is located just one mile from downtown Watkins Glen and minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine, Beer and Cheese trails. It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. The two bedroom lower unit comes with modern appliances, tv, wifi, and a patio.

Valley View Farm Retreat

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Downstairs we have a small herd of goats that you can visit. Join us for evening chores or arrange a time to meet the goats. Apartment 1.

House on the Hill

A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Adventure Awaits A-Frame

Take a break and unwind at Harpy Hollow in this cozy 12x16 a-frame cabin. Nestled in the forest of wine country, there’s plenty of adventures just waiting for you! From hiking to biking, breweries, wineries, distilleries, or just relaxing by the fire. You will find a comfortable place to relax after a long day of making memories. The cabin has a full size bed with all of the linens. The shared restroom and shower are only a short walk from the cabin. Please read property and other details.

Boathouse experience on the Seneca Canal in Watkins Glen, NY. Private 1st floor self contained unit (new in 2021) in the boathouse over looking Seneca Canal. Access to shared laundry, common entertaining areas, grill,. The unit entrance is from your private dock overlooking the canal. Plenty of room to park. Dog friendly. Other listings are Anchor Room and Wheel Room. NOTE - this is a our smallest unit and is most suitable for a solo traveler or couple sharing the double bed.

With the wine trail at your finger tips. If your a family of 4(5 with an infant) look no futher this is the place to stay we have a Queen sofa bed that is located in the open kitchen living room.(with a prviate bathroom and laundry area) your kids won't want to leave after you check out the backyard.
