Everything you could want to do in the Finger Lakes will be at your fingertips. Wineries galore, two even just next door, multiple breweries nearby, minutes to the lake, 15 minutes to downtown Watkins Glen, 10 minutes to hiking trails at the national forest, or stay in, relax, and enjoy the view!!

Enjoy a glass of wine/drink & dine on the large patio while taking in the view of the surrounding vistas. May also view from inside from picture window in living and dining rms. Many types of wildlife visit! NO PETS ALLOWED. No late ck/outs unless arranged with host. Violations will incur fee of $75/ hr.

If your a family of 4(5 with an infant) look no futher this is the place to stay we have a Queen sofa bed that is located in the open kitchen living room.(with a prviate bathroom and laundry area) your kids won't want to leave after you check out the backyard.
