1850's historic Victorian farmhouse near our 6th generation family vineyards. Perfect location for your wine weekend getaway! This renovated guest space includes a relaxing library, two bedrooms and one full bathroom, along with access to our large front porch for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and an evening glass of wine. With 63 feet of private lake frontage and dock access, it's the perfect cozy escape. Just 7 miles from Watkins Glen and 2.4 miles from Dandy Mini Mart, a private paved road brings you in. Steps with resting spots lead down to the beach, where you can soak in the view or slip into the water. (Water shoes recommended for shoreline comfort.)

Camp Dogged Bird House -Tiny Home on Seneca Canal

The Bird House @ Camp Dogged (#59-4)is a tiny home experience. We call it the Bird House because every window you look out you see eagles, ducks, geese, birds as well as other wildlife. The unit is a RV Park Model, which is self contained with a private fenced in patio and grill. The unit sleeps 4 and includes 2 bedrooms - master with a queen and the open loft with 2 twin beds. There is kitchen, full bath and living room. The patio has seating and a grill.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Little Log at Camp Cinnamon

Waterfront Hilltop primitive cabin over 1000' from dirt road with bunk bed and sleeping loft. Comfortably sleeps 4 but lots of space on porch and plenty of room to pitch a tent if extra sleeping area was desired. There is an outhouse near the cabin. Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.
