Happy Harvest Farmhouse Stay

1850's historic Victorian farmhouse near our 6th generation family vineyards. Perfect location for your wine weekend getaway! This renovated guest space includes a relaxing library, two bedrooms and one full bathroom, along with access to our large front porch for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and an evening glass of wine. This space is separate from the owner's living areas in the back of the house. Not suitable for children. We are happy to offer tours of our family farm upon request.

Steps with resting spots lead down to the beach, where you can soak in the view or slip into the water. (Water shoes recommended for shoreline comfort.)

Camp Dogged Bird House -Tiny Home on Seneca Canal

The Bird House @ Camp Dogged (#59-4)is a tiny home experience. We call it the Bird House because every window you look out you see eagles, ducks, geese, birds as well as other wildlife. The unit is a RV Park Model, which is self contained with a private fenced in patio and grill. The unit sleeps 4 and includes 2 bedrooms - master with a queen and the open loft with 2 twin beds. There is kitchen, full bath and living room. The patio has seating and a grill.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Riley’s Retreat Lakefront

Open the sliding doors and walk right out onto the dock! Start a fire in the firepit, tie-up your boat (rentals available 4mi. south), or snuggle up and watch a movie during the cozy nights. Bask in the loads of sunshine, expansive lake views and fresh air from all angles, with the comfort of central A/C and Heating when you desire. Our 1320sqft family lake retreat is a 35-step-walk from the private parking area (4+ vehicles) to front door.
