Large rural centrally located house for 7 (maybe 8 if wish to use large sectional couch in the living room but entry room pullout couch cannot be used in winter). The adjacent apartment is available, AirBnB unit. There is a full kitchen, television with multi-channel reception, internet, phone service, one full bath, washer, dryer, and pond. A very, very large living area, close to Watkins Glen racing, wineries, state hiking trails and watersports on Seneca Lake. Pets are welcome downstairs.

Watkins Glen is just 4 mins away and Ithaca is a 25 min drive. The farmhouse features two beds and two full baths. A king bed and luxury murphy queen.

This private and spacious three-bedroom suite fills the second floor of an historical Federal home, c. 1835. It is furnished with period antiques. Up a wide staircase, the space offers three large bedrooms with a shared bath (with a shower and a tub), a cozy sitting room with coffee and tea, and a library. An outdoor garden patio is available for picnics. The antique shop (in a doric temple building) is a quick walk through the garden. A fourth smaller bedroom can be available upon request .
