We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

Es befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz in 500m Entfernung. Supermarkt und Pizzeria 1km entfernt. Viele kleine Wanderungen bis hin zu schwierigen Tagestouren sind vom Haus aus machbar. Bester Ausgangspunkt für eine Mountainbiketour auf den Pendling (Hausberg). Alpinisten werden hier ebenso glücklich werden wie Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Von dort kannst du zu Fuß im Wald wandern od Berg gehen, mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in Kufstein oder am Thiersee zum Baden/oder in Scheffau im Skigebiet sein. Auf geht's, der Berg ruft!🦌

Auch das Grundstück bietet viele Gelegenheiten dazu, sei es auf der großzügigen Rasenfläche, auf der Veranda oder einer der Terrassen. Sie haben selbstverständlich diverse Parkmöglichkeiten für Ihr Auto direkt am Haus. Das Anwesen liegt im Dorf von Oberau, eine der vier Gemeinden der Wildschönau.

Die Wohnung erreichen sie über einen eigenen, seperaten Eingang.
