The Rush Inn is a gem. We stayed in the studio aptly named, Cozy. The place was super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. There is both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. There is a large wall mounted Roku tv which you can watch from either the loveseat or bed. There are plenty of outlets to charge devices. It is walking distance to everything. What delighted us and made Deanna’s place truly special, though, was the charm of the place. The main window overlooks the bay with a palm tree directly outside; it felt like we were in a tree house. It’s high up enough that you can have the blinds open and it’s private. We loved the quirky, bright beach decor, the white wood painted ceilings, the huge window seat, the cafe table outside on the balcony, the petite shower, the private dock where we drank coffee and watched sunrise every morning… We miss our Cozy haven already and we only left yesterday. It was perfection.

Very nice comfortable stay well maintained and well thought out. At my age the stairs were a challenge with cases but overall very good with fab views

This place was great! We’ve been to AMI many times and by far this was our favorite. The apartment had everything we needed with a great view overlooking the bay. The location is superior, as you are 2 minutes walking from many restaurants and bars but it’s quiet and set back from the main tourist areas. This was a perfect place for the two of us, and we can’t wait to come back!

we stayed in cozy and it was just that. a quaint little place, perfect for two, overlooking the beautiful bay, with a short walk across the road to the beach. it's another short walk down the block to bridge Street where many shops and restaurants are located, as well as the bridge Street pier. I felt right at home during our stay, and we enjoyed meeting Deanna and her family while we were there, who were so kind and helpful. my favorite part of the home was the big bay seat overlooking the water and their private dock to sit and watch the sunrise and morning.

Deanna's bungalow was so comfortable and adorable I stayed an extra night. The place was pristine and so very charming. All amenities described were complete and Deanna was available and polite. I will look forward to another stay in the future!
