Wonderful views from the property. House well designed, fully equipped and in excellent condition throughout. Indoor swimming pool very well maintained and warm, great for colder days. Playroom and playground both good and much used by our grandchildren.

My young family and I had a great stay in Woodpecker barn. The barn itself is carefully converted, very spacious and well equipped. Louise pays particular attention to young guests, with not just the normal provision of a high chair and cot but things like step stools and a bed guard as well as toys and books. The pool is great, and kids loved the playground. Tons of really helpful recommendations as well, with plenty of ones we didn't know despite knowing the area. A really great stay.

A lovely place to stay in a very peaceful location. Waking up looking across field watching and listening to the wild life was so relaxing. The house was great and was everything you need. Having a pool onsite was a great facility, although could have been a couple of degrees warmer this time of year as we couldn’t stay in it for long. There are a few cottages in same place which gave it a lovely community feel and I can imagine in the summer people/families sitting outside chatting to one another. A great feeling. Louise was very good, great communication before the stay, had to call once and she was again very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to friends, family and anyone else wanting a great place to stay.

Woodpecker Barn is a beautiful place to stay and it’s in a good location for exploring the area. It had everything we needed and more, they had thought about everything you may need. Having the swimming pool and games room that you could use all day was certainly a bonus.

We had a lovely stay at Woodpecker Barn. The swimming pool and play room were great for rainy weather and it's close to Paignton and other towns for drier days. We really didn't need to bring anything for the kids, it was very well thought through with toys, stair gates, a bed guard and so many DVDs! We definitely want to return. Our stay was just what we needed!
