Will’s place was welcoming and comfortable. He was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything from great spices to small things like a cheese grater. A 6 pack of Spotted Cow was even in the fridge to welcome us to his home. The only issue we had was that the Kevo Key App did not work for us, but a key was available in a key box, so entry wasn’t a problem. This was our first Christmas of choosing an Airbnb experience vs one of our homes. There was even a Christmas tree in the livingroom. Lots of attention to details here! It worked out great! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great stay at Lake Shangrila with beautiful views. The house was comfortable with lots of room for our families and kids with places for them to hang out separately and gather together for family meals and games. Will was responsive throughout. Would love to come back in the summer when we could do more outdoor activities and enjoy the lake and all it has to offer!

We had a beautiful reunion with friends! My communication with Will throughout the booking process and stay was a little disappointing. He was not responsive for the most part and it took multiple messages to get him to respond. He did make me aware that he was traveling and that time differences were a factor in the communication. The hot tub was dirty when we showed up so we were unable to use that. It does feel like crashing at your friend's house. The view of the lake was wonderful. Unfortunately, the dock on the lake was gone and there was a bunch of wood and what seemed to be junk around the fireplace outside. The pictures did not reflect how the house actually looked like. Although we had a great time there were some key things we were looking forward to about this house that we weren’t able to enjoy. For what we paid - it wasn’t worth it.
