The oak and glass dining area has a wonderful view over the garden and out to the Welsh hills. Also off the front hall there is a cinema room with a large HD TV , extra large sofa , beanbags and a selection of games and puzzles. Go through the kitchen to the main sitting room. Curl up by the wood burner with a film on the large flat screen TV (HD), or it is the perfect space for everyone to gather together before dinner. There is seating for 10 and a glamorous Bar with colour changing lighting, plenty of glasses to cater for all types of cocktails and a drinks fridge. Bedroom 5 is downstairs so ideal for those that cannot do stairs. It has its’ own wet room which is disabled friendly with grab rails and no steps. There is a large cupboard in the hallway that has the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board , hoover and a drying rack. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two have en-suite shower rooms and there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. BEDROOM 1 is the larger master bedroom and has a bath and basin in the bedroom and an en-suite shower room and a super king bed. BEDROOM 2 has bunk beds the bottom is a queen size bed and the top is a single bed so comfortable for adults as well as children. BEDROOM 3 has twin beds. BEDROOM 4 has a super king bed that can be split into single beds if needed. There is parking for up to 10 cars and one electric charging point for EV vehicles.
