Lisa was amazing to talk to, and she answered all my questions before booking the place, during our stay, and even after (when we left). She was thoughtful in what she provided and was very accommodating. She gave me a list of resources around the neighborhood and even replenished a few home supplies when I asked about them or where to get them. She was proactive in updating me on anything. The place is cozy and huge for my kids (12yo and 10yo), with a great hammock in a huge living room. We stayed for over a month and had ample "space" to avoid getting on each other's nerves. The kitchen is huge, and the washer/dryer was a big plus and the biggest advantage, especially when I had to clean my daughter's uniform daily. The location is very convenient since my son sometimes walks to his classes. It also has some great eats when cooking wasn't an option. There are many commuting options, like the MTA and buses that were huge lifesavers for us to travel and explore the city.

This apartment is amazing! It was the quintessential NYC apartment. She utilized every space perfectly. She was also SO communicative and answered all our questions. Would 100% stay again!

About the apartment: The location couldn’t be better and the apartment is very cozy. The neighborhood is very nice and you get the perfect insight of how people live there because there aren’t as many tourist as in downtown, but at the same time the subway is really close and you get everywhere very easily. About Lisa: I’ve spent a month in her apartment and she has been an amazing host. She’s helped me a lot, and she’s been checking on me to see if I needed anything. I really felt as if I was at home! Thank you!

My girlfriend and I got the idea to spend about a month and a half working/playing in NYC after 2 very strange years being in Missouri and away from our friends. Lisa’s place was the perfect situation for us. It’s located right on the upper west side and it’s probably a less-than-five minute walk to Central Park and Riverside Park with 4 million restaurants in between. We got to see everything in Manhattan I feel like and Lisa’s great apartment was integral to getting to see and experience so much. She was communicative and friendly and helped with anything and everything. Stay here if you get the chance!

Wir waren über die Weihnachtstage in New York . Das Appartement hat eine super Lage. Von dort aus ist alles mit der Metro Nr 1 in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und man bekommt alles in der Umgebung was man benötigt. Wir waren nicht nur vom Appartment begeistert sondern auch von Lisa als Gastgeberin. Sie hilft bei allem , ist immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich kann ihre Wohnung nur 150%ig empfehlen. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln, und wir werden sollte das Appartement bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder zur Verfügung stehen, auch dort wieder mieten We were in New York over the Christmas holidays. The apartment has a great location. From there, everything can be reached by metro no. 1 in a few minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The environment is quiet and you get everything in the area you need. We were not only thrilled by the appartment but also by Lisa as hostess. She helps with everything, is always available and very accommodating. I can only recommend their apartment 150%. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, and we will rent the apartment again on our next visit, also there again
