We spent four months with Jan and Dale and had a lovely stay! The unit is tiny, but cozy and had pretty much everything we needed to be comfortable. Between the stove, oven/microwave and BBQ we were able to easily cook. The kitchen was well stocked, bathroom had what we needed to get started, and the bed was quite comfortable. I work remotely and the internet worked great for meetings, plus all your streaming. The area itself is very peaceful, easy to walk to 2nd St and to the beach. Jan and Dale are lovely, friendly hosts that made us feel welcomed while never intruding on our privacy. They were always available if we had any requests or questions. Highly recommend staying with them to enjoy all the LB has to offer!

Jan and Dale made it extra special by providing us with breakfast food and wine when we arrived. Using the hot tub to wind down was a huge plus. We especially liked the outdoor area where we worked from home. The location is safe and close to all of the great things long beach has to offer.

My family & I stayed with Jan & Dale for a month and we would gladly do it again! The place & neighborhood is beautiful, also very peaceful. They give great recommendations if you need it but also give you space, some of our most gracious hosts! Felt like we were at home! They’re so nice and quick to help there’s no way you can go wrong with this place

We stayed 31 nights in the Airbnb of Jan and Dale. And it was an awesome time and place! The location is probably the best - only 10 minutes walk from 2nd street with many restaurants and little shops and 15 minutes walk from the beach. Colorado Lagoon is right over the street. Once a week there is a farmers market. The neighborhood is beautiful, quite and absolutely safe. Plenty of street parking. Fantastic connection to OC coast cities. Our 1.5 years old daughter loved to watch the desert tortoise in the backyard and the 2 dogs. A lot of great play grounds are also in walking distance. Jan and Dale are awesome hosts, communication was great and they supported where they could. Both were absolutely kind and sweet with our daughter. We had many great and informative conversations, but if you needed some more privacy they would also grant you. We had a really great time in Long Beach and would 100% recommend this studio!
